Cheques should be made payable to Desktop Technologies Services Ltd and posted to PO Box 11786, Wellington, or deposited to the National Bank, Palmerston North Branch, A/c Number 06 0729 0283949 00
Desktop Technologies Services Ltd retains title to all goods until payment is received in full. If payment is not received within 7 days from date of invoice then a 3% surcharge may apply.
CASH SALE TERMS - excludes Credit Card Transactions.
Unless otherwise arranged all sales are fulfilled on the basis of Cash Sale.
Cash Sale means payment by Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit, EFTPOS or Money Order (paid with order) and does not include Credit Card Transactions.
At the discretion of Desktop Technology Services Ltd these terms may be extended to 7 days. You will be contacted on receipt of order to confirm payment terms.
COMPLAINTS

RETURNS POLICY
Desktop Technology Services Ltd accepts returns for all products with a valid Returns Authorisation number - contact the office on (09) 523 7599 for details. Packaged software CAN NOT BE RETURNED if the seals have been broken. All returns must be made within seven days of purchase.
Products returned for refund must be in their original or saleable condition.
DESKTOP TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 15% OF THE ORIGINAL SALES VALUE ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND THEIR PACKAGING DAMAGED
